This Ridiculous Day

I wish I had some fresh insights to offer into the peculiar route politics has taken today. But the only way I can express what I think of it is to endorse this Newsweek article and then faint like a delicate Scarlett over the fact that I agree with a Newsweek article.

Apparently the McCain campaign now owns the copyright to the word “lipstick”. Devoting too many brain cells to this ridiculousness could be hazardous to those poor brain cells.
